• Client is responsible for all third‑party vendor fees unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third‑Party Vendors
Synergetic Events LLC may recommend or communicate with third‑party vendors on your behalf. However:
• We do not own, control, or guarantee the performance of any vendor.
• You acknowledge that all vendor services are governed by the vendor’s individual terms.
• We are not liable for errors, delays, cancellations, or actions of third‑party vendors.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate event details and timely communication.
• Review and approve documents in a timely manner.
• Pay vendors promptly when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with venue requirements and policies.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel services:
• Deposits remain non-refundable.
• Additional cancellation terms may apply per your service agreement.
If Synergetic Events LLC must cancel (rare and limited circumstances):
• You will receive a refund of any unused portion of service fees paid.
10. Limitation of Liability
Synergetic Events LLC is not liable for:
• Vendor performance issues
• Venue-related restrictions or changes
• Weather or force majeure events
• Travel delays or third-party disruptions
• Loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Synergetic Events LLC for services.
11. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee event outcomes, vendor availability, or specific results.
